anyone have this book? I was thumbing through it as Barnes & Noble today - I really want it. Some of hats are pretty neat.

I have the book. My baby sister bought it for me as a gift (). I must confess though that I haven't made any of the hats in it yet: I've made two hats from two other patterns that I have () - and other projects!

 

I do like most of the hats in the book and plan to make a number of them later this year. I am glad that I have it ()! Some of the styles are perhaps more adventuresome than I am, but I can think of loved ones that the hats would look great on ()!

 

I do love the hat on the cover ()! It is definitely a "look at me" hat - not for the conservative I think! But in a different color, that might work for even a conservative like me ...

Thanks for the response, Ann. Yeah, some of them are a bit "out there", but very neat all the same and would be fun to make. I think I will order myself a used copy from Amazon or half.com. I really don't want to pay $25.00. I spend enough money on my habit ...LOL>

Ordering a used copy is a great idea! I've been doing that too, but I still buy way too many books! The only good thing about buying crochet books is that at least they're not edible ()!
