Fabri Knit Kit...heard of this?

I was at this market place this afternoon - got some killer yarn deals - 75 cents per skein of Moda Dea yarns and some Red Heart.

 

Anyhow - browsing around a different area I came upon these kits. They were 60% off. I picked up a couple - hoping I can crochet them, since I don't knit.

 

I got the purple one - the fabric is so pretty..and the mother -daughter one..

the only problem i think you'll have is crocheting takes more yarn than knitting

Yeah, I thought about that...I would use MORE fabric crocheting.

 

Oh great, now I am going to find myself going and buying fabric to cut it up to crochet. yarn just wasn't enough to feed my addiction, huh! :rofl :rofl

 

I am going to have to figure out a pattern to try out on the fabric for a purse..hmmmmmmmmmmm

maybe use a larger gauge hook than it calls for in needles so your sts will be a little bigger/taller. good luck they look cute
