Childrens Sweater Patterns

As a grandmom with 6 grandchildren in five years I'm crocheting away. As their getting bigger, I'm having trouble finding patterns for size 6 to 8. Especially boys. I have a couple of books including 'crochet for tots' which I love, but they only go up to size four. Basic, easy patterns would be great as I've found my changing the yarn the sweaters look completely different. Any suggestions out there?:
