Looking for a pattern

I am looking for the pattern Ogive Arches from the Decorative Crocket March 2005 magazine. Does anyone have this pattern they would be willing to share with me?

I think the magazine Decorative Crochet is no longer published. I think 2005 was its last year. Are there allowances for books and magazines that are out of print?

No, the copyright is still in effect. If you can't obtain permission to copy the pattern, then the best thing is NOT to copy the pattern. The best thing to do in this case is to find your own original copy of the magazine.
