Okay, folks, so here are the mittens. I think they're pretty darn cute/funky, but the people I submitted the pattern to never replied, so I'm posting the pattern to the world on my blog.

Perhaps I should make an all-crochet version of these? But knitting is really better for the body of the glove, I think.
