how to move my percentage bars over

Can someone tell me how to left justify my percentage bars on the blog linked below. I don't know much about the html language...I just copy where told it's ok to do so and i need to make a revision but can't figure out how.

Personally I like using this person's method of % bars better then the one you are currently using. However maybe this would be too flustrating to do for you. I know changing your template can be a pain. I wish you the best of luck.
