Family Circle Easy Knitting and crocheting

I just bought the spring-summer 2006 issue. I thought they had quit publishing...I know that they separated from Vogue and Vogue is now publishing Knit Simple. There is no mention of subscription services. Maybe they are trying it out slowly?

 

There are some cute patterns, knit and crochet, not a lot of crochet though. I wish them luck.

I had subscribed to FC Easy Knitting and the first issue of Knit Simple. The last issue of each, I received 2 of Knit Simple and one came with a letter saying that Knit simple is the culmination of both. Vogue bought FC Easy Knitting and when I told them that I subscribed to each, they extended the subscription term for me.

Is there really a magazine that says Family Circle Easy Knitting new for spring summer?

I love that magazine. I saw it but the only crochet patterns I noticed were a bikini and a cover up. Not what I am looking for so I passed on it. But they always have great patterns.

This is separate from Knit Simple. There are about 8 crochet patterns: There is the bikini and coverup as was already said and a shrug, ipod cover, baby blanket, a couple of capelets.

It is separate because I just pcked that magazine up at ac moore's yesterday and I also subscribe to knitsimple so I don't know what going on. I like the pattern for the crochet coverup I might make it.
