OK I need lots of help

I am so lost and I don't know what to do. I want to put a comments on my web page and I had found Haloscan.com and I don't understand it at ALL it looks easy but its not clicking into my brain. I have one that is linked to my e-mail but I would like to do something better that is right in my web page.Like everyone else has.

Sign up for a Haloscan.com account (it's free). When you are logged into your account, click on "Instructions/Code" and they give you detailed step-by-step.

They also have an automatic (if you are using one of the blogs that it works with). I didn't ned to use that function, but you might want to try it if you are having a hard time.
