Need help on "patons white hot halter"

Oh please, please can someone help??

 

Im working on the Patons "white hot halter" and im on the top bit (cups)

ive done the right cup and now on the left cup

BUT!!

it just says with wrong side facing complete as for right cup, reversing all shaping

OMG im stumped!

How do i follow a row and reverse it....im gonna get confused as most of the rows start with

ch2, miss 1st hdc............and ends hdc in last

 

can someone explain this to me, if i carry on with it now i know for a fact that it will be wrong;)

I haven't made this or anything else with "cups" but I just finished a sweater that had that "reverse all shaping" and I got a major headache too!

 

What I did was write each row out. I found I was getting really confused by following the directions for the first side, so I just wrote everything down but "backwards", you know?

 

It worked! Came out great and I avoided a breakdown.
