Here is a site worth your time to look. It shows how to join ends in a middle of a row and you don't have the ends to sew in. I use this method for both knitting & crochet and will always use it. What a great idea!

I'll have to try it. The site is very lovely. The baby patterns are exquisite. The climbing shells blanket looks easy. What a great find!!!!!!

I made the "Abigail" baby sweater and bonnet and they came out just gorgeous. They were very quick to do, as well, and the instructions were perfect as I recall. I used TLC Baby Sport in blue sparkle, with white ribbon in the bonnet. I also made a pair of booties from another pattern to go with the sweater and bonnet. Now I need to get more of that blue sparkle yarn for a blanket; don't have enough left. The other baby patterns are ones I'd love to do also!
