Hey, why don't you give it to a friend to keep for you, and just ask her (I am assuming it would be a her!) to send you a box when you need it? You could organize it and mark the boxes, making a list of what's in each box that you could refer to when you needed some more yarn. Good luck in your new lifestyle!

Just another silly idea to add to the mix...buy 2 zip up sofa size pillows, for your camper sofa... pull out the pillow & stuff with yarn until it's a comfy pillow. Refill on the road as needed when you use the yarn inside.

you can do the same with a large ziplock bag. works the same way and is much cheaper, i could never choose to get rid of most of my stash, i mean i have alot already, but i could never give it all away like that, i think i would tell hubby he had to oack one suitcase and forget the rest as i have the room filled with yarns:lol :lol
