i like your blog. those hook reminders are a great idea. i just use a piece of paper and a safety pin. i'll have to try to make something like yours. you have very nice friends. and i love your son's taste in hats. very funky.

and i've been where you are with the panic attacks. you might not believe it, but you're gonna get thru it. its a learning process.
