Someone here recently made that very same hook case, and posted a picture of it (I think it was under the misc show-and-tell). There are some great patterns on that website. I really think that the "Guard Dawg" is pretty cute too! Thank you for sharing the link!

I made of the hook case for myself and one for my purse swap partner. I just love mine and it was a really easy pattern to follow
