How to advertise a new blog on signature line

How do you do it? I have seen people with this and I am curious...please help. Thank you

Bunny you could add a signature line by going into User CP at the top part of the page right under the Crochetville logo, it's highlighted in blue and it's on the left hand side, it's the first item there....You could change a few things there such as your avatar, profile and other things. I know at first I didn't even notice that line up there, but now I use the New Posts, the Search the Quick LInks all the time...
