blog question

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question but after scanning the subforums I thought I would give it a try. I'm considering creating a blog but I'm not sure where to begin. Could someone point me in the right direction on how to get started?

There are all kinds of blogging programs out there. Blogger is pretty good. I use WordPress, but you need hosting with a database for that. Before WordPress, I used Notepad and just coded it like a regular html page. Do you have any specifics that you are looking for?

There is a specific section for blogs, a moderator can move this for you. I used Yahoo360 and it is SO easy, and free if you have a yahoo account.

I would recomend wordpress, at least I use it happily.

You could either get an account at wordpress.com or buy your own domain and have it there, it's realy simple stuff to work with.

I went to http://www.blogger.com, it looks fairly easy to figure out.
