Need Help with pattern

Hello to all:) , I ordered a pattern form Tess Dawson and it's called the Trellis Bolero but I don't understand how to do this stitch it says:

Row 1: Ch 20 link to form circle

Row 2: chain 2(to form first stich in trellis pattern),chain 1, treble stitch into same stitch along, chain 1 and treble into same stitch again to form another triangle:eek

Can someone help.

Sounds to me like you are to treble in the same stitch that you joined in, then ch 1 then treble in the same stitch again. Without seeing a picture of the bolero, that is how I would interpret it. I hope that answered your question

on looking at pattern i still cannot figure out how you do it especially joining the chain into circle. maybe you could give us some more of the pattern so we can help better. i think you need to work a few stitches into one stitch though but how the rest of the round goes no idea
