Intermediate Crochet Summer Jacket-spider lace

I was watching BagoDay's latest stitch tutorial and it brought back a vague memory of a jacket made using the spider stitch.  Link above with a pdf link.  I made something similar years back, designed overseas, but I like this one and in english, with assorted sizes.  Looking for a challenge?  Intermediate crochet.

Might try to turn that into a summer vest or jacket with help of above design.

I have a stash of sport yarn I need to go through and see which colors I have the most of.  Don't care to get/buy more.  🙂  Would be a nice warm weather cover up.  Hide some plumpness.  lol
