Solved - Trinity stitch row count off

Lyonsden

Question

I seem to have resolved the problem. But I don't see a way to delete this post.

###

I'm making a blanket with trinity stitch, so it's 140 stitches across. I'm being very careful and even put stitch markers into the first stitch of each row. But after a few rows, the count is off and the last trinity stitch ends before the stitch marker.

I've started over and also pulled out rows a number of times to get back to where it was correct.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I'd love some feedback.

Thanks so much.

Welcome to the 'ville, and glad you figured it out!  I don't think there is a way to delete a post entirely; you could come back and edit it (like you did).

Especially for posts in the help forum with a problem with this stitch in the future, it may help others at a later point to leave it there, and maybe say "I figured it out - I was doing X not Y".  Sometimes members will look for posts on a specific topic, or the same pattern they are stuck on, to find if there was existing discussion on the topic before posting.
