I am crocheting an amigurumi. At the end of the “rows” instruction it states “fasten off and weave in the yarn end. Pull up a loop of gray yarn (same color as rows, btw) in the marked stitch”  

I have a marked stitch but am I pulling up part of my fastened off tail or jus pulling through a new length of yarn. How? I can’t seem to find a video on it. Thanks

If it said to fasten off and weave in yarn end and if you actually did it before moving on you would no longer have a tail available so its telling you to join a new length of yarn.
