Another option is to use sandpaper to sharpen your needles. Just rub the needle back and forth against the sandpaper until the point is nice and sharp. This method can be a bit time-consuming, but it’s definitely worth the effort.
If you have a sharpening wheel, then you can use that to sharpen your needles. Just hold the needle against the side of the wheel and move it back and forth until the point is nice and sharp. This method will take a bit longer than using a sharpener or sandpaper, but it’s definitely worth the effort.
