I’m stuck on this section and not sure it should be lines back and forth or rounds. as I’m not understanding how I get 28 stitches first line/round.
3. HEAD AND BODY: make in White color (No.01 Yarn art Jeans)
Rnd 1 Make a chain of 14 ch, start in second ch from the hook: 12 sc, 3 sc into the last stitch, 11 sc, inc- total 28 stitches
Rnd 2 inc, 11 sc, 3 inc, 11 sc, 2 inc - total 34 stitches
