What does this mean?

This is a foot to a snoopy..... i can't get it to work.. can someone explain it in a different way?

Rows 9-11

CH1, turn, SC13 *embroider toes here* Then Ch3, SLST to the other side

KooI spent time searching and this appears to be the pattern as I needed a bit more info to see what was going on.

First its helpful to know you had been working in the round and made a tube.

 

9- 11 you are working back and forth in rows making a flap

 

You want to stop and embroider toes now.

Ch3 and sl st to other side

12. you are again working in rounds total of 16 sc so work 3 sc in ch 3  space and sc in each of the 13 sc

Thank you! very helpful.. i thought the Ch3 and SLST was after every row of he SC13 and kept trying to figure out how it could work.

I sort of thought the same way until I could see more of the pattern.
