Issue with Pattern

Hi All, I'm having an issue with a pattern in the Leisure Arts Leaflet # 191 can anyone help? The pattern is the Crocheted Rainbow Set. Has anyone else gotten past Rnd 19? I am stumped at this point.

Sorry I dont have the pattern.  If this is it there are 152 listings under projects you can look thru that might help.  I quickly scanned thru them and didnt notice any comments about round 19.  If you arent a member of Ravelry its free to join.  I did find a good close-up photo that should help you see whats going on in round 19 and the next few rounds.

From what I see round 19 you are forming the peaks by working stitches of varying heights.  The next row looks fairly standard for working ripples or chevron.  

You can type out a row or two of a pattern and not be in violation of copyright and then let us know what part you specifically are  having a problem with.
