Hi,
I am not an experienced at crochet but know the basics and am getting better, however I am stuck!
Insructions: 1tr in 4th ch from hook, 1tr in each ch to the end of row, (31tr), 1 ch, turn
I don't understand the orange instruction in brackets, can anyone help?
