Crochet tank top V stitch

RoseG32633

Question

I am working on a tank top (crochet) and I need to start shaping arm holes. I am confused by this instruction: “work to last V stitch then you Dc2tog *over* last V stitch and dc.” I don’t understand what that wants me to do.

You are decreasing 2 stitches. A space and the dc next to it. Dc2tog=dc two stitches together.
