Hi, you may not have seen it yet but Bgs answered your other post on this - the person who posted it apparently made the pattern up for a personal project, and hasn't been on this site in a while.

I found a free spiral granny blanket pattern tho, and a free plain (solid) spiral one...

Just in case you didn't see it, the original maker popped in to your duplicate post of this question and said she didn't have a pattern for it, something along the lines of 'once you got the spiral started, it was obvious what needed to be done'.
