Your photo is upside down from the direction it was stitched, but not a big deal to figuring it out.

The bumpy stitches appear to be popcorns, and it's a ripple style, so those are 2 search terms that might yield something, I'll take a look & report back.  (the only other stitches I see are chains and US SC).
