Stitch technique

Please help if you can. I am trying to crochet a slouch hat and don’t understand what the pattern is saying. 
 

What does dc around posts of last 2 dc made mean? It’s the ‘last 2 dc’ that confuse me

Take your hook and swivel it so you can go back 2 stitches.  Yarn over,  Insert hook between 2nd and 3rd stitch back and complete double crochet.  For the picture I did not yarn over so I could get a better picture of where to insert hook.

Thank you for your help. I think I got it. I’m 1/2 way done the hat now 😊
