I need a tutorial for the Terry Kimbrough Ruffles and stripes Edging.  Anyone got any advice?

Hey Kathy: The pattern is in "The Best of Terry Kimbrough Baby Afghans" (Leisure Art #3267). And of course, that's one I do not have.

Maybe the OP would include what line she is haveing a problem on.
