Pattern help

My mum wants me to crochet some hanger covers for her she’s found a design she really likes and now I’m trying to work out the pattern can anyone please help me??

Wow, those are interesting.  It looks like it incorporates the 'crocodile stitch' done in a line, and not offset between each other every other row.

Here is one tutorial, but it's for the offset version, with a few variations listed at the bottom.

Thank you! At least now I have a starting point I’m still learning all the different stitches but am loving creating new things with yarn!
