Wow, those are interesting.  It looks like it incorporates the 'crocodile stitch' done in a line, and not offset between each other every other row.

Here is one tutorial, but it's for the offset version, with a few variations listed at the bottom.

Thank you! At least now I have a starting point I’m still learning all the different stitches but am loving creating new things with yarn!
