Twine for soles pattern

Does anyone know how to make this design using twine or rope, i cant find a video on it anywhere. The website on the pic is impossible for me to follow.

I don't exactly understand how that is set up.  It looks like you have to buy the pattern to get any of the tutorials.  Do you mean you bought the pattern but the tutorial does not make sense?

I didn't buy anything. She provides pictures and I don't understand the pictures if that make sense. I'm so used to seeing a video tutorial I have a hard time looking at written or picture directions

The first one is not about lucet. The second one is...and looks rather complicated. I did not look at the rest.

 

I know Stitch Diva has a lot on her blog about making cord with a lucet tool, if you want to look there.
