Recommended Posts

Greetings! I am looking forward to meeting new testers. Thank you for viewing my testing request. Photos of this test are attached.

Pattern Information

Pattern Description: This is a scarf and hat set. The scarf is a long, thin wrap scarf and the hat is fairly simple and made to match the scarf.

Pattern Style (written, symbol chart, etc.): This is a written pattern with an accompanying chart.

Pattern Photo (optional): Three photos are attached.

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner/Early Intermediate

Yarn/Material/Tools Required (specify which will supplied by designer and which by tester): This set require 550 yards of fingering weight yarn, a yarn needle, and a 3.75 mm hook (or hook necessary to obtain gauge). Testers provide their own materials. Testers may use any fingering weight yarn. I used Handmaiden Mini Maiden in Amethyst.

Tester Information

Number of Testers Needed: 5

Approximate Time Required to Complete Project: Approx. 10 hours

Deadline: September 7th, 2015

Tester Experience (do you want testers to have prior experience, submit references, etc.): No testing experience is necessary. I will ask to view previous projects via the Gallery or on Ravelry, Flickr, etc.

Tester Responsibilities (what exactly do you want testers to do and what information do you want them to supply to you): If you are interested in testing, please reply to the thread with a link to previous projects as stated in "Tester Experience". I will contact you if you are a good fit and we will complete the test over email. I ask that my testers set aside notes about the pattern as they go along and then share those notes with me through email upon completion of the item along with a picture of their completed item.

Any Special Software Requirements (Microsoft Word, pdf reader, etc.): PDF reader, email address

Compensation

The free pattern is the compensation for this test.

However, if you enjoy testing for me, know that I am eager to add more testers to my personal testing email group. After replying successfully to a simple questionnaire, my personal testers enjoy free access to my existing patterns (after two successful tests) as well as a small gift every 4 to 5 tests.

Thank you!

Very nice set :)

I am fairly new to crocheting, however, have all the basics down, just increasing my knowledge of colour changing currently and working with different yarn weights.

I'd appreciate the opportunity to become one of your testers.

I've attached pictures of projects I've completed from following patterns

Hello,

I would love to do a pattern test for you. Please feel free to email me at iamjessicaraecampbell@yahoo.com. I am new to this site so unsure how to put up pictures of my work. I'll be happy to email them to you though.

Thank you

Jessica
