Question
Kristen Hudgins
so ive been looking at pics of amigurumi trying to figure out why some of them just look so amazing. ive come to the conclusion that its because they have rosy cheeks or other spots of color
. how do you get this color and how does it affect washing?
im sure there are many different techniques but i was wondering about airbrushing. recently i saw a video on how to dye acrylic yarn with acrylic paint. you have to use a lot of paint because most of it washes out but it can be done. so now im playing around with ideas on how to do it. i will dig out my airbrush and test on a swatch and see what i come up with.
what do you all think?
