Seeking Pattern for Lillymon

My son sent me a photo of Lillymon that my grandaughter Lilly just loves (she thinks it is cool that this charachter has her name). And I was curious to know if anyone here knows of a pattern that might exist for her, I have checked the internet and can't seem to find it. I appreciate your help! I hope the photo attaches.

I presume this is a licenced charater, after doing a search.  If there exists free patterns for her, it would be against the forum guidelines to link to them.

 

However..

 

The sugar'n'cream site has a character called Lily (Lily is the name of the parent company) with all sorts of different outfits.   You will have to register to get the pattern, it's free, and they have all sorts of patterns.  The Lily dolls show up on pages 1-2 of the search, plus there's a Mother Nature that looks a lot like Lily on page 10.  Maybe you can use one of these patterns as a guide and come up with a petal skirt and hat?
