patch work five point star

Hello everyone

 

i wanted to post my star throw in progress.. 

i am currently working in hdc stitch in every chain stitch until i reach the stitch marker.

 

my next idea is to add fpdc front post double crochet stitch work in two rows.. do you think that would be too much?  or should  i just do basic single crochet.. edging

I love the fpdc stitch and love your star afghan.  I haven't made one yet.   I will wait and see what you do before I do mine.  lol   a reverse sc is another option if you don't like the look of the fpdc.

i havent done front post double crochet just yet.. im debating on doing that.. its still hdc in the row i left behind.. 

left vent the throw hanging on the couch.. 

 

crab stitch i have not tried yet.. but ill try that...
