Sashay scarf

I am trying to crochet the sashay scarf & am totally lost. Can someone make is simple enough for me to understand

Redheart has a video on how to make them.  They are not difficult but it's kind of hard to explain it without showing you.

How many "holes" are you putting on your hook at a time?  If you want it wavier or fuller I would just add a couple more.  Are you skipping every other one?

I started skipping every other but none on hook but one. Then watched two videos. One where you only have 5 stitches. The other long only a sc but 8 to 10 loops on hook. I finally did 6 loops on hook. Looks better. Pattern I had did not say that. Said skip every other one till 80" then turn & sc & skip back down to start

yes, there are so many patterns, I found an easy peasy one, but haven't tried it yet. Ill look for that link for you, if you want....

 and one skein of sashay is all it takes!! Not even a whole skein, if you don't want it as long as hers.....

yeah, that's what I thought, and I looked at alot of patterns, free and for sale. Show me a pic when you get it done, i would love to see it!!

Well I did figure it out but ripped it out 3 times before I got it
