Sweetheart Ripple

Jackie Saratella Olmsted

Question

I want to make the sweetheart ripple afghan but I'm not sure I'm understanding the pattern in row 5 -- when it says to (fptr-sc around corresponding sc 2 rows down) twice does that mean you do it in the same stitch or next to each other?    also if you want to make it for a baby I think I read on a CAL it was 155 stitches?

Thanks for the help

Jackie

it means you do a front post triple single crochet two rows down on the sc below. I would figure it meant on 2 stitches. That is how I would read the pattern. Try it and see if it works. I have never heard of a front post triple single crochet before but I would try it and see if it looks like it should.
