Anyone ordered directly from RH?

I couldn't find certain colors in my local stores and went last night and ordered directly from RH.  I paid using Paypal and all seemed fine.

 

Unfortunately this morning I noticed one of the colors I ordered was wrong.  Imagine my surprise to discover there is no way to contact an actual person at RH to ask about cancelling the one skein or changing my order.

 

Has anyone ordered directly from RH before?  How was your experience?

I hope you're able to figure something out. I have only ever ordered yarn online ONE time & that was from Hobby Lobby.

Funny you should post this now, I was actually thinking about ordering from RH directly because I LOVE their "With Love" line and the color selection at my local Jo-Ann's is very, very limited. You'll have to let us know how things work out!

I guess I am stuck with the Coral I ordered as I received a confirmation today on my order.  Oh well, I can always use it

Just an update:  This morning I received a phone message from RH saying that unfortunately my order had already shipped so they could not switch the colors for me.  Oh well !  At least she gives out the direct phone number and I saved it on my phone
