Little Girls Curl Hat

There is no picture to this pattern. I was wondering if someone can read through this pattern and tell me if it actually does make a hat. I'm just not being able to visual this. I am also confused on how it all comes together. Thanks for you time and input. Debra.

From the way the pattern reads, that could very well be the picture!  It is adorable!

That pattern or one similar is in a book as a lady from my church group made a bunch of them when we were doing charity hats for the coats for kids but for the life of me I can't remember what book but I think it was one of those small cardboard books.  I won't see her for 2 weeks to ask so will try and remember to ask her.  Mary
