Need help with hats, scarves, mittens & afghans!!

Help w/afghans,hat ,scarves and mittens

Hi all. A few of us women will be reaching out to homeless and foster children in our area during the cold months and at christmas time 2012. In the meantime we are taking donations of afghans and scarves,gloves and caps/hats. If anyone is interested in making and donating an item(no specific pattern, you choose) it would be wonderful.

We have a few months left before christmas. I hope there is room for some charity work from you all. I really could use the help and a few have already sent in some hats and mittens. I do have a few scarves as well.

I do have another post but decided I would create a new one so when we add new pictures you,know what is being donated.

owlvamp - I finally got to the PO and mailed 2 bubble envelopes to you

1 contains 4 hats and 1 contains 2 scarves

I've got another hat almost done. If I don't get anymore done by next week I will send what I have. Will keep you posted.

The goal is 121 . That's between hats, scarves and mittens. I am collecting afghans and blocks as well. But didn't think I could get 121 of those rounded up.

As of today I have 77 and need 44. Getting closer.
