Anyone live near Elmira, NY?

Hi all! I'm moving to Elmira, NY (upstate) next weekend and was just wondering if there are any fellow crochet-a-holics in the area?

I use to be... born and raised in upstate ny!!!.. elmira is very pretty.. go on out to Watken glen.. and go on th boat rides there.. also visit the gorge in the glen.. I use to love walking the gorge

Thanks! I've only been twice for a quick visit, but we'll be there for the next 2 years (bf is working at the Arnot Hospital) so I'm hoping to get to know the place

yes it' very nice thre... Get on out to corning glass muesume. (sp) its a lil ways past Elmira.. also go to te glen for sure. and the marina for boat ride.. if I ever get to vist back home it's on place i plan to take the kids.. even thou we had been to the glen nascar race seveal times but they were all to little to remember.

There's a few of us scattered around NY on Crochetville, but we're all 2 and 3 hour drives apart! I'm at the other end of the lake from where you'll be, between Seneca and Cayuga Lakes. Maybe between Elmira and Binghamton, you'll find some people.
