Looking for GOOSE clothes patterns

Hi everyone. I am looking for the cement goose clothes crochet patterns. Are there any freebie ones online that I'm just not seeing? Or, does anyone know of who carries patterns for them?

Ok, I'll ask ... what is it about the geese? I've seen the a pattern here & there, but have never seen a goose "in real life". Is this a regional thing? What are they made of? (sorry I just re-read the post ... cement) So are they available in plastic? If for some reason I wanted one, where would I find one and what would I do with it? How big are they?

 

If I think of any other questions, I'll post them too. I'm about to crawl in to bed so I'll likely think of more lol
