Thanks, everyone! I think all who offered have the pattern.

 

These are meant for the Crochetville pattern book if they work for everyone else. Testers will get the crochet pattern and the knit pattern in case anyone else likes pointy sticks too.

 

Experience: Beginner. If you can chain, hdc and decrease you're good.

 

Time: I can make a pair in an evening. faster if my feet are really cold.

 

Materials: less than 4 oz. worsted acrylic or two strands of sport weight (for bigger sizes) hook or needle size that gets you 4 stitches to the inch for women's medium, 3.5 for women's large--pattern can be sized for anybody from babies up

 

Number of testers: At least three, and it would be good if somebody could post a picture since I can't.

A huge thanks to the tester who supplied the pictures! You can see the tail from the first stitch back at her heel, plus the front seam and the puckered toe.
