Crochet Borders on Fleece for Project Linus

do you find that the edgerydoo is hard to use? What is the difference between using that or just sewing an edge onto the fabric and doing it that way?

I don't find the edgerydoo hard to use at all. Actually, it is quite simple. Sewing an edge would work too, but I am not all that familiar with sewing. And, I feel like the yarn border is more sturdy for the foundation row.

I love project Linus! My Twin brothers have Cystic Fibrosis, and when they have to go to the hospital it's normally for a few weeks at a time. They received project Linus blankets during on of their stays and it was so comforting to them. They truly cherish them, and take them with them every time they are admitted. They are 15 and it's still a comfort to them when they are sick. Thanks for all you do for project Linus!
