Color Scheme Help

Hey I was looking around the ville and came across a pattern for the Flannelghan. I think it's an awesome, simple pattern (other than the sewing) and I was thinking about different combos if I started making them for family members. My dad is a Cowboys fan and my mom is a Broncos fan. If I made her a football season/Broncos flannel afghan to cheer on her team with what colors could I use? The pattern calls for ww yarn and Broncos colors are medium orange and dark blue. I was looking at RH and I saw Tangerine and Navy Blue in the RH Soft Touch section. I'll attach a link to the page. If you want to help could you look at the site and tell me if those are good Broncos colors? And what does "weight category:4" mean anyway? Thanks a lot, everyone.

Category 4 is medium weight, usually worsted weight yarn, so Red Heart Super Saver is a good example.
