stitch question

"sl st in final sl st of round 2" - my question is, does this mean I join in the loop I pulled through when I did a slip stitch on round 2.

Or to put it another way, is the loop I pulled through considered the sl st or does it mean I go into the same space/hole where I did a sl st on the previous row.

 

I've already finished so if I did it wrong it will stay that way, but I'd like to know for next time.

I suppose there was a "final sl st" in round 2. This stitch goes into that one (not the loop).
