I am trying to make the diaper cover and when I get to row 13-20 I get confused. It says to hdc in the base of ch3(beg st.) does this becomes rounds and where do you create the other leg? I am probably making it harder than it is. Can someone please help me figure this out? It's this pattern http://www.geocities.com/Crotiques/bgs.htm

It does not become rounds until you are crocheting the contrasting band at the top (after row 20). If you look at that you have done up until 13, you will see that it tapers down & then has a little strip (which is the crotch). When you start row 13, you are actually starting up the back (When you hdc in the base of ch 3, that is the start of your increase to make it wider). I tend to be a little wordy. If you need anymore help just let us know.
