About stitches

When creating something to felt... does it matter what type of stitch? In other words, would a dc work as well as a sc or a hdc? I'm about to make a really big shoulder bag and would so love to work it up in fast stitches like a dc

your best bet is sc or hdc.. the dc IMO.. will make too large a hole.. and you may end up with gaps..

 

you could line it though .. if you want that .. and it m ight turn out interesting.. my best advice..

 

swatch .. and test.. to see what you like best ..

Thanks that works.. the item I have in mind is not something I would line and it's a BIG bag.. so the hdc might be the best bet
