Crochet Fish Motif

Ok I have been looking on Ravelry at the different blanket patterns as I am expecting a baby in July and I ran across the knitted version of this blanket and fell in love (but not for the baby for charity as it would be awesome stash busting and some little kid would love this). So I got to thinking is there a crochet version and sure enough there is. I think I will do the knitting one first and maybe then the crochet one later but I thought I would see if anyone would like to join me????

edit: actually thinking.. scary yes I know... I have many friends who have Koi ponds (as I do) I can just see that made in black red/orange and white for Koi colors... oh yeah!
