How do you join in a circle?

I've knitted with circular needles but have never joined in a circle. Can someone direct me to a site that gives good, easy-to-understand instructions? (I've been Goggling but haven't stumbled upon anything.) Or, if it's not too involved, explain how it's done???

Hope this helps. Shows how to join knitting. This would work with any join for all your projects done on circular needles.
